Journal #3

     This image shows how horrible people can be to each other. Things like war cause violence among others. The man is about to kill a man from his own nation. It's horrible that people can stoop this low, low enough to kill someone. I feel bad for the man in the picture that's about to be killed because he looks very upset and afraid for his life. I can't even imagine what is going through this poor mans mind at the moment this was taken.

Journal #2

Like I said, when a piece of art gives you any type of emotional feelings, it would  be considered good art because it means something to you. Bad art however, would be some piece of art that doesn't give you any emotions; it doesn't mean anything to you. Just because it's not good art to you doesn't mean that it's bad art to someone else. It still is considered art though, because it may make someone else feel emotions, and in that case it would be good art for them.

Journal #1

I would define good art as something that you get emotions, negative or positive, from looking at. Good art should mean something to you and make you feel something. Not everyone views art the same way. Some people think that art has to be neat and not crazy in order for it to be good. Everyone has different standards, but I think that if it gives you any type of emotion when you look at it, it should be considered good art.
